Just sold my first house (or indeed anything!) by auction with a lot of help from the wonderful Paul Lynch. It was a massive learning curve for me, so he walked me through every step with patience and good humour. We achieved the price we expected which was great. Additionally the last 10 minutes were SO exciting (I watched it online) so if you want an adrenaline boost try selling by auction! Just make sure you use Paul from First for Auctions.
