From my very first contact, however, the professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness of the team put me completely at ease. Amber Da San Martino , my main point of contact, was exceptional – knowledgeable, approachable, and always quick to respond. On the rare occasions when she wasn’t available, every other staff member I spoke to was equally helpful and professional, which speaks volumes about the whole team’s commitment to service. Their buyer’s fees are also extremely reasonable – a key factor that led me to choose this property over several others listed with Iamsold. That transparency and fairness really set them apart. So much easier in many respects than buying through an estate agent. This process was quick (56) days from winning the bid and this secured the property without all the nonsense of gazumping, sealed bids or sellers changing their mind. What impressed me most was the balance of support they provide not only to sellers but also to buyers. Purchasing a property with a sitting tenant could have felt overwhelming, but with their guidance it became both achievable and straightforward. I can honestly say I have not experienced such an outstanding level of service in decades. I would have no hesitation in recommending this auction house to anyone considering buying or selling. From the start they were very responsive and you did not have to remind them. Kept me posted on the interest level and gave me good advice on price, that was based on sound market knowledge and not emotion. Glad we built trust and I listened. If Sam was out Amber would deal with my questions. They are a good team. I think we got very good service, albeit a bit more costly than a normal sale, but it was fast and they got the job done without too much buyers malarky. I really enjoyed dealing with them both, very professional and conscientious.
