After unsuccessfully trying to sell a property through an estate agent I was put in touch with Simon at First For Auctions to discuss potentially using their services, it turned out to be a good decision as the property sold at auction for the price that we were looking to attain. Throughout the whole process Simon kept me informed, any documents that needed completing were sent to me in a timely manner, he even put me in touch with a solicitor who deals with auction sales, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First For Auctions.

We chose first for auctions to sell a house for us , Gareth took the reins for us , we had a buyer for it , they gave everyone the run around messing us about , but Gareth was having non of it ,he was on their back , I only chatted to him on the phone but he was brilliant , keeping us updated , I cannot thank him enough for all he did , we got the result in the end , would definitely use them again , thank you Gareth 😊

We used First for Auctions to sell our flat, when our original buyer pulled out when we were about to exchange (process that had taken 10 months).
