Just sold my first house (or indeed anything!) by auction with a lot of help from the wonderful Paul Lynch. It was a massive learning curve for me, so he walked me through every step with patience and good humour. We achieved the price we expected which was great. Additionally the last 10 minutes were SO exciting (I watched it online) so if you want an adrenaline boost try selling by auction! Just make sure you use Paul from First for Auctions.

Daniel and his team did an amazing job of selling the house which is part of a Probate Estate. As soon as we were able to sell the house the photographs and marketing was up in days. Daniel provided excellent advice in a timely manner, kept me updated weekly via email and on the day of auction was in contact to guide us through the process. We were extremely appreciative of all the hard work that was put into marketing the house for an excellent outcome with the sale of the property in 4 weeks!
