Simon Clayton

Simon has worked in the property industry for over 35 years and became an Auctioneer in 2001. For over 20 years Simon has successfully sold thousands of properties by public auction and is a member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers, providing auction services for a wide variety of clients nationally. His wealth of experience contributes to his understanding of the importance of finding the best solution for his clients.  

Simon lives in Berkshire with his wife and son and enjoys refurbishing property and garden design. He is a keen skier and likes to keep active, exploring the countryside and coastline around Cornwall.
